Return Policy


Giulymodelstore is proud to accept the return of resalable products within fourteen days from the date of reception, if all the conditions explained in this document are fulfilled. Giulymodelstore accepts returns of uniforms, apparel, gear and equipment only under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased from Giulymodelstore website
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by all its instructions, tags and attachments.
  • The item must be clean.
  • The item must be free from smells.
  • The item must be free from wear.
  • The item must be free from use.
  • The item must be unwashed.

  • The notification must be forwarded before sending one or more items back.
  • The return must be acknowledged and agreed by the Giulymodelstore customer service department.

Giulymodelstore will proceed with the return process, only if (1) all the mentioned criteria have been satisfied, and (2) the reason for the return is one of the following:

1. You made a mistake during the purchasing process.
2. Giulymodelstore made a mistake when sending the order.
3. The item is defective

  • You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

3. The item is defective

If you received one or more damaged items from Giulymodelstore, please inform us as soon as possible and within fourteen days from the date of reception. Shipment


Lost Items

If you do not received one or more items from Giulymodelstore because the company in charge of the delivery has lost them during the shipment, Giulymodelstore takes charge of it in all its parts. An order could not be identified as closed before the confirmation from the company in charge of the delivery has been received. Giulymodelstore is responsible for the goods considered in transit.  If it will be verified that the order has not been delivered you can:

If you wish to get a refund for a lost item, the following is valid:

- Exchange an item

Damaged items

If you receive some products that have been damaged during shipment, please refer to the section on defective items.

Warranty

Giulymodelstore is not in charge of any kind of warranty because of the service provided. The manufacturer is in charge of the warranty and their own rules must be followed. However, Giulymodelstore could act as go-between in the following cases:
