Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail from Giulymodelstore. This means that your order has been received, it is in Giulymodelstore system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. The orders are usually processed within 3 days from the purchasing date (for orders received from 10AM to 3PM - Central Europe Time) and once ready for shipment, charges will be applied as terms and conditions agreed during the purchasing process. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. Once your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail from Giulymodelstore within 24 hours containing all the necessary details according to the policy and the shipping company in charge of the delivery.

Cancellations & Refunds
